First Reconciliation

First Reconciliation is a child’s opportunity for our children to grow in the understanding of God’s love, mercy and forgiveness. Children in the 2nd grade and preparing for the sacrament of Eucharist are now at the “age of reason” where they should understand the difference between a mistake and a sin and the need to ask for forgiveness.

 We begin the formal preparation for the sacrament when the child in the 2nd grade. Our PSR program offers a wonderful Eucharist and Reconciliation program and begins early September each year.
